Today were going to be taking a look at the Surco RV bunk ladder with bolt-on hook retainers, 60 in length, part number SP505B. This bunk ladder allows you to quickly and easily access any high bunks in your RV. The rubber feet here at the bottom of the ladder will help keep the ladder in place and wont damage your flooring. The rubber cap can also be removed to allow you to trim off any excess to accommodate different bunk heights. The rungs here on the ladder have a rubber coating on the top that is soft enough even for bare feet. It even has these ridges on the top that are going to help trap dirt, dust, and debris from getting into your sheets.Now the hooks of the ladder already come preassembled.

To install the ladder onto your bunk, what well need to do is open up our hardware packet and pull out this bracket. Well take the included screws and permanently attach this piece to the edge of our bunk. Once this is attached, well be able to take our ladder and simply slide it in place. Our RV required that we install a piece of wood to the bottom of the mattress (which had a small piece of wood) but not large enough to accommodate the ladder hooks. It looks to be a good quality ladder. It is narrow and fits my 2 yr old grandson well.

Only complaint is the bunk ladder looks a bit flimsy and could be a bit stronger but I think it will work. Also box the ladder came in was damaged and taped; however product was not damaged.

We purchased this ladder to enable my wife to climb up into the over-the-cab bed in our camper truck. A friend and I cut it to the correct length and mounted the "receiving clips" on the wall above the water-tank step. (We used slightly stouter screws than came with it, just for peace of mind.) Then the fun began. We had to change the angle of the end-prongs on the ladder's two rails to create-- exactly -- the correct angle at which to slide the ladder into the receiving clips. We used a blow torch to softer the prongs and many taps with a hammer to change the angle -- on each side identically. Now, a year later I am very happy to report that my wife uses the ladder every time to climb into bed. We put folded towels on the ladder's steps to be nice to her bare feet. To climb down without the ladder in her way -- since that's easier for her -- I remove it and lean it up against the under-sink side of the aisle. She couldn't enjoy our camper without this ladder. What a great product and addition to our home away from home.

Bought two of these for my daughter and her roommate to use for their bunkbeds in their dorm room. Work great! The school provided them a "ladder" on the end of their wood beds that required them to climb straight up and "leap" into bed. These ladders allow you put the steps at an angle, providing a better, safer climb. I highly recommend! They are both using these ladders in their second year!

Very light weight and very strong, easily stowed.
My 5 year old son can pick it up!
Strong steel hooks can be rotated or removed for storage.
Lower section of ladder can be cut to length to match bunk height if needed.
Ladder could even be used outside as small step ladder.

The ladder was delivered timely and was exactly as portrayed, I would recommend this product and this website to everyone. I recently purchased a travel trailer and my granddaughter wanted to sleep on the top bunk. Unfortunately the trailer didn't have a ladder and this one works perfectly. I am very pleased with the RV Bunk Ladder. I adjusted the length of the ladder to perfectly fit my needs on my Lance Camper. My back no longer hurts due to ease of climbing into the over cab bunk. The ladder is well made, attractive and sturdy.

Bought this for grandchildren to reach the top bunk in our camper. Perfect size. The only negative is the rungs of the ladder are quite uncomfortable on bare feet. Not quite deep/ wide enough.
